Dr. Desireè Andrews
Dr. Desireè Andrews is the Founder and Executive Director of iKingdom Institute for Leadership & Ministry and Executive Director of iKingdom Ministries, LLC. An ordained and affirmed ministry leader, educator, author, and inspirational speaker, she is committed to equipping individuals for effective Christian leadership, ministry, and service.
A native of New York and a United States Army veteran, Dr. Andrews served at Fort Riley, Kansas, and deployed to Saudi Arabia in support of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. During her deployment, she accepted her call to ministry—a defining moment that helped shape her commitment to Christian service and leadership development.
Dr. Andrews was ordained as a Pastor in 2009 under the leadership of Bishop Rozell Tottress and was affirmed as an Apostle in December 2018. Her ministry has emphasized biblical teaching, leadership development, spiritual growth, and the preparation of emerging leaders.
Her educational background spans business, communications, health services, and Christian ministry. She holds associate degrees in Accounting and Business Administration Management, a bachelor's degree in Radio/Television Communications, master's degrees in Health Services Management and Christian Counseling, and a Doctor of Divinity degree.
As an educator and leadership development instructor, Dr. Andrews is passionate about helping students connect biblical principles with practical leadership skills. Her teaching emphasizes character, integrity, spiritual maturity, purpose, effective communication, and servant leadership.
She is also an author whose work includes resources focused on Christian leadership, spiritual development, and practical ministry. Her educational philosophy reflects the mission of iKingdom Institute: to equip, empower, and advance leaders who are prepared to serve with wisdom, integrity, excellence, and Kingdom purpose.
Dr. Andrews provides leadership to iKingdom Ministries alongside her husband, Apostle Angelo Andrews, as they continue their shared commitment to developing leaders and advancing Kingdom-focused ministry.
